 Slaughter Strike was a death metal band from Toronto and this isn't a hardcore record at all. The reason I've chosen to include At Life's End on this blog is because in addition to being associated with Toronto hardcore, Slaughter Strike also played an old school approach to death metal which was strongly influenced by old school grindcore, which can be seen as derivative of hardcore. Regardless, this is excellent death metal on a seriously cool label. This record was limited to 500 copies with a small number of them pressed on blood coloured vinyl.
